Planning Commission
The Forest Home Township Planning Commission, appointed by the Township Board of Trustees, is tasked with developing the Township Master Plan, reviewing applications pursuant to the Township Zoning Ordinance and other matters. The Planning Commission and its duties are authorized to by the Michigan Planning Enabling Act and the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act.

Meeting Minutes
The Planning Commission meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 7pm at the Forest Home Township Hall. All physical meetings are open to the public. Meeting minutes for boards and commissions are made available to the public in office and online to ensure transparency and foster community engagement.
